Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel one order, please make sure to contact us by email in 24 hours as we may have shipped your shoes out to you after 24 hours. Order overdue 24 hours can't be cancelled.

Shipping Time
Usually we will deliver your shoes out within 2 days, and the shipping time will last for about 8-13 days, therefore the total delivery time is about 7-12 business days, please wait for your shoes patiently and we will email you when there's a delay.
